Java中的模式CASE_INSENSITIVE字段和示例

Pattern类的CASE_INSENSITIVE字段与字符匹配，无论大小写如何。当将此值用作compile()方法的标志值时，并且如果使用正则表达式搜索字符，则两种情况下的字符都将匹配。

注意-默认情况下，此标志仅匹配ASCII字符
