如果某个方法或块声明为已同步，则一次只允许一个线程在特定对象上执行该方法或块，因此将解决数据不一致问题。
如果线程以此方式一个接一个地执行，我们可以实现数据不一致和线程安全性，但是这会增加线程的等待时间，从而降低性能。
如果我们将方法声明为已同步，则意味着一次只允许一个线程访问该方法，而其余线程可以同时访问非同步方法（即，对同步方法的限制和对非同步方法的限制）。
在同一对象上使用多个线程时，将需要线程安全。在一个线程将处于安全状态时，无需在单个线程中实施。
